If you have a new style, 8 digit card number, eg. '12345678',
- enter it as seen.
If you have an old style card number, eg. 'DD 12 34567 8 0000 MM'
- enter it in full without any spaces, eg. 'DD123456780000MM'
or
- enter 9 followed by the first 7 digits, eg. '91234567'
or
- pop into your nearest library and ask them to change it for a new one.
